I was very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The hotel makes a bright and inviting impression as you enter, and this feeling continued all the way to the room. The staff was very friendly, spoke excellent English, and explained everything perfectly. The hotel is in a very quiet location, and I had a great night's sleep in my bed. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. With such a breakfast, you can start the day perfectly. All I can say is thumbs up—keep up the great work!

I recently stayed one night at RMH Modena Des Arts during a business trip to Modena, and it was a great experience. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night’s rest after a long day. Breakfast was an highlight: a delicious and varied selection that set me up perfectly for the day ahead. Overall, RMH Modena Des Arts was an excellent choice for a business stay, and I would definitely return.

Good sized modern room. Very comfortable large bed. Quiet, good soundproofing. Great air conditioning. Kettle & coffee/ tea in room. Not a great choice & no milk provided. On site parking ( there were security barriers but they were not being used - would have liked the additional security). Dogs welcome. Lovely restaurant terrace overlooking the garden. Quirky bar area. Reasonable choice of wines. Good breakfast choices. Very convenient location close to the motorway if you are travelling. We did not try the spa/ mini gym so cannot comment on that.

Excellent staff from reception, to bar staff to restaurant staff…. It’s also easy access to other local cities and has a train station nearby. My friends took locally booked taxi to get to town (Modena) one night when I didn’t want to drive. Was cheap and quick from the hotel! I love the fact the hotel is in a quiet and safe location - no road noise in room with blackout curtains which is great. Nearly like a 4* international hotel! Amazing value.

This was a lovely hotel. I'm a bit of a clean freak and this met my usually unreasonably high hygiene standards. I highly recommend this hotel! The staff were really friendly the gentleman behind the reception desk was very welcoming on my arrival. I stumbled on this hotel by accident. I was driving to Milan, and I became too tired to continue driving. I chose this hotel purely based on the location of where I was - it was a great find!

Well appointed, spotless modern hotel with lovely spacious lawned garden that was dog friendly. Straightforward short but well executed menu with good value local wine & we were even able to buy a couple of bottles of ‘Giuseppe Gusti’ balsamic vinegar from the restaurant so saving us a journey to the nearby vinegar distillery shop. Also easy access from the motorway & secure onsite parking. Perfect pit stop on our tour.

This is a large well run hotel with quirky modern aesthetics and comfortable beds. The room was well appointed and very clean. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. Beds are VERY comfortable. There is parking at the back.
